We keep some seeds whole to add extra texture, combining them with the best Japanese sesame paste we could get our hands on. You won’t find any MSG or flavour enhancers inside our bottle, rather we use inaka miso and Japanese rice vinegar to round out the dressing’s rich umami quality. There’s no end to the versatility of this dressing, use it to coat noodles, as a dipping sauce for shabu shabu or fresh sashimi. Brush it over grilled pork cutlets or drizzle it over salads or crisp vegetables for an incredibly balanced sesame addition.
